Holistic Health Assessment
See where you stand and the area to start with, in a personal report that opens when you add your email. No card needed.
Take the assessmentFind what is quietly draining you, and the first thing to remove, in a few minutes. Remove harm first, then add what helps.
Imagine clear mornings, steady energy, and a mind that feels switched on, not wired.
The free Holistic Health Assessment weighs your answers across six pillars and hands you a personal report with your first move. No card. No sales call. No catch.
Free. A few minutes. Your report opens the moment you add your email.
The part most advice misses
More supplements, more protocols, more rules. If feeling well were about adding the next good thing, you would feel well by now. Most people are not missing a supplement. They are carrying a load that no supplement can lift.
So we work the other way round. We look to remove harm before adding benefit: clear out what is quietly draining you first, in the right order, then build on a clean foundation. And because everyone is different, the order that works for you will not match anyone else's.
Free, a few minutes, no card needed.
Most plans start by adding. Ours starts by finding what is holding you back, and taking it away.
Adding good things to a toxic foundation is like polishing a car that's still running on contaminated fuel.
Because this approach was built by a pharmacist, every recommendation in the programme is checked against the conditions you have and the medicines you take, and anything that needs your GP is flagged for them.
Free, a few minutes, no card needed.
A clear path from "I'm not sure where to start" to a personalised, root-cause plan you can actually live with. You decide how far you want to go.
Take the Holistic Health Assessment, or the quick Symptom Checker. Both are pharmacist-designed, and both show you where you stand and where to focus first.
Add your email at the end and your personal report opens, with the place to start that should make the biggest difference. Remove harm first.
Self-serve paid tools go further on one area at a time, from your home to your energy and your gut, each with a plan to keep.
When you want all 20+ factors we look at joined up, the 90-Day Personal Programme builds the plan around you, one-to-one, across 90 days.
Each pillar connects to every other. Weakness in one affects them all. Strength in one lifts them all.
The same plan for everyone ignores the one thing that matters most: you.
Removing harmful habits is linked to measurable, long-term benefits. Here's what the research shows.
The four habits everyone knows. Tick yours, then see what they miss.
All four ticked and still tired or wired? That is where the 20+ factors we look at come in. See the 20+ factors
Approximate population-level estimates; individual results vary. Sources: smoking, Doll & Peto, BMJ 2004; diet, Fadnes et al., PLoS Medicine 2022; exercise, Moore et al., PLoS Medicine 2012; alcohol, Wood et al., Lancet 2018. Accessed 3 June 2026, re-verified against the publisher record 17 June 2026. Each figure carries its scenario. Smoking: about 10 years for people who stop at around age 30, and less the later you stop, about 3 years at 60 (Doll & Peto). Diet: about 8 years from age 60 on an optimal diet against a typical Western one, and more the younger you start (Fadnes). Exercise: about 4.5 years for the most active group, the equivalent of 450 minutes or more of brisk walking a week, against no leisure-time activity; lighter activity was linked to smaller gains (Moore). Alcohol: Wood reports lower life expectancy at age 40 of about 6 months, 1 to 2 years, and 4 to 5 years across rising consumption bands, and the 2 years shown is the top of the 200 to 350 grams a week band, roughly 25 to 44 UK units, against under 100 grams; the heaviest drinkers, above 350 grams (about 44 units), show 4 to 5 years, so they stand to gain most and lighter drinkers less. These are modelled population estimates of lower life expectancy among people with the habit, not a promise of years gained by any one person who changes it. The four figures come from four separate studies in different populations, so they are shown side by side and never added together.
How much of the risk for several of the most common chronic diseases is linked to modifiable factors, the things we can change, versus everything else
Around 80% for several of the most common chronic diseases; individual risk varies. Source: World Health Organization, Preventing chronic diseases: a vital investment, 2005 (iris.who.int/handle/10665/43314), which estimates that if the major risk factors (unhealthy diet, physical inactivity and tobacco use) were eliminated, at least 80% of several common chronic diseases would be prevented. Wording checked against the report as quoted in Health Promotion International, 2007, 22(1) (academic.oup.com/heapro/article/22/1/1/629296), accessed 30 September 2026. This is a population figure: it describes how much of the illness burden across a population is shaped by modifiable factors, not how much any one person can change their own risk by. The second bar is the remainder of the first rather than a separately measured quantity.
Two more habits are consistently linked to longer life and lower mortality: a healthy sleep pattern and good psychological wellbeing, meaning less distress and a more positive outlook. Sources: Cappuccio et al., Sleep 2010; Chida & Steptoe, Psychosomatic Medicine 2008; Russ et al., BMJ 2012. Accessed 3 June 2026.
